To attention of entrepreneurs of Murmansk Region!
The joint-stock company “The Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship” (JSC “SME Corporation”) together with the Ministry for Development of Industry and Entrepreneurship of the Murmansk Region is holding a training seminar “Participation of SMEs in the procurement of certain types of legal entities under the Federal Law No. 223-FZ”.
The seminar will be held on March 6, 2017 at 11.00 at the multifunctional platform “Murmansk Regional Innovation Business-Incubator” at the address: Murmansk, ul. Podstanitskogo 1, 2 floor.
The program of the Seminar focuses on the training of small and medium businesses (hereinafter SMEs), on participation in the procurement of PJSC “North-West IDGC” in accordance with Federal Law No. 223-FZ from 18.07.2011 “On Procurement of Goods, Works, Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities” as well as greater awareness of the SMEs on measures of support provided by JSC “SME Corporation” and JSC “SME Bank”.
Within the framework of the Seminar the speech of the Deputy Minister for Development of Industry and Entrepreneurship of the Murmansk Region Tatyana Vitalievna Russkova is planned.
The training session of the Seminar will be attended by:
- Tulin Oleg Dmitrievich – Adviser to the General Director of JSC “SME Corporation”;
- Bityukova Natalia Viktorovna – Deputy Head of the Directorate for Information and Methodological Assistance to the Procurement Arrangement from SME;
- Evgeny Vladimirovich Martynov – Executive Director, SME Credit-Guarantee Support Department / Direct financing of SMEs of JSC “SME Bank”;
- Bykov Vladimir Vladimirovich – Head of the Department of Logistics and materiel and technical support for PJSC “North-West IDGC”.
In the course of the Seminar the participants will have an opportunity to discuss with the representatives of PJSC “North-West IDGC”, JSC “SME Corporation” and JSC “SME Bank” the features and algorithm of participation in procurement as well as receive answers to current issues including measures financial support for SMEs.
