“The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation begins selection of new integrated investment projects”
The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation begins call for proposals to participate at the competitive selection to grant subsidies to cover a portion of interest charges for loans. This concerns loans got at Russian credit organizations in 2014-2016 to implement new integrated investment projects on priority directions of civil industry within the subprogram “Ensuring state program implementation” of the state program “Development of Industry and its competitiveness increase”. The Rules approved by the Order of the Government of January 03, 2014 № 3. The Competitive selection will be carried out considering the changes, approved by the Order of the Government of April 02, 2015 № 317, the main of which are:– transition to subsidy of key interest rate of 0,7 of the CBR (the Central Bank of the Russian Federation) under loan agreement (previously - refinancing rate of 0,9 the CBR);– expansion of possible lines of expenses under the investment project including expenses on fixed assets reconstruction (previously only on new construction);– increase of maximum allowable value of the investment project up to RUR 5 billion (previously RUR 2 billion);– expansion of opportunity of providing subsidies on loans allowed for a term of at least 3 years (previously at least 5 years).
Envelopes with proposals and enclosed documents of industrial enterprises to be accepted from April13 through May 12 of 2015 at the following address: 109074, Moscow, Kitaygorodsky proezd, bld. 7. To provide consulting assistance to the enterprises – projects promoters, interested in taking part at the competitive selection, a consulting center is formed based on Fund for Industry Development. The governor of the Murmansk region
Today, the Governor Marina Kovtun held a meeting of the Council on improving the investment climate in the Murmansk Region. The Head of the region recalled that in the National Investment Climate Rating for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in 2016, the Murmansk Region rose by 20 points, improving its position to the 32nd place. For the third consecutive year, the region is included in the third group of regions, confirming the status of the region with favorable conditions for business development.
On June 23, 2017, in the Kolenergo Central electrical networks (2A Festivalnaya Street, the town of Apatity, the Murmansk Region), the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Murmansk Region (Regional Association of Employers) will meet with representatives of the business community of the municipal entities of the town of Apatity and the town of Kirovsk.
