From April 17 to 23, the All-Russian Campaign "A Week without Turnstiles" will take place
Since July 2015, under the auspices of the Russian Engineering Union, a large-scale career guidance project "Work in Russia!" has been implemented. The main objectives of the project are to unite disparate initiatives with a single ideology oriented to work in Russia, to organize effective interaction between employers, young employees and the educational system; increase the prestige of blue-collar occupations and engineering professions.
Within the framework of the project, the All-Russian campaign "A Week without Turnstiles" is held every third week of April and October. The purpose of the campaign is to ensure effective interaction between employers and the educational system, and also to acquaint pupils and students with enterprises and professions demanded in modern industrial production, to show them and their parents real jobs and working conditions, opportunities for further employment.

In October 2016, more than 600 enterprises took part in the action in 55 Russian regions, including the State Corporation Rostec, Ruselectronics JSC, the United Instrument Manufacturing Corporation, KAMAZ, Russian Helicopters, the United Rocket and Space Corporation (URSC), the Scientific and Production Corporation Uralvagonzavod (UVZ), the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), the United Shipbuilding Corporation, Rostelecom, Russian Railways, as well as a large number of private industrial companies, organizations of service industry, catering services, food, woodworking industries, etc. In 2016, more than 200,000 schoolchildren, students and their parents observed actual operating production facilities, and 2/3 - for the first time. In 2016, the actions of the campaign "A Week without Turnstiles" were approved and supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and recommended to large corporations and companies.
