Enterprises and Organizations of the Region are invited to participate in a regional contest of the National Technology Initiative
The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in his address to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on December 4, 2014 announced the National Technology Initiative (NTI) as one of national policy priorities.
NTI is a set of measures to establish conceptually new markets and create the conditions for global technological leadership of Russia by 2035. NTI is coordinated and monitored by Interagency Working Group at the Council Presidium under the President of the Russian Federation on Economy Modernization and Innovation Development. It is managed by A.R. Belousov, aide of the President of Russia, and A.V. Dvorkovich, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.
NTI implementation in Russian regions is aimed at creating conditions for appearing and developing Russian high-technology companies competitive in global terms. Participation of constituents of the Russian Federation in NTI is a good opportunity for combining business efforts, a Russian constituent and Russian government in order to develop high technological economic sectors of the region.

n addition, in the course of full-time training modules, the problems of interdepartmental cooperation between state and municipal authorities in initiating and developing projects in the field of PPP were discussed, as well as program participants familiarized themselves with the practical aspects of financial structuring and developing a financial model of the project, features of competitive selection of private partners, post- competitive negotiations, tax and budgetary aspects on the example of concession agreements and PPP agreements. In addition, participants familiarized themselves with the methods of evaluating the effectiveness and justifying the comparative advantage.
