Deputy Governor of the Murmansk region Gregory Stratiy and the members of the Project Office’s committee on the improvement of the investment climate in the Murmansk region participate in the educational program "Management skills: improving conditions”
The members of the committee of the Project Management Office (organizational headquarters) on the monitoring of the way standards of executive authorities of the Russian Federation are implemented to ensure a favorable investment climate in the Murmansk region and the implementation of the National rating of investment climate development in the Murmansk region, and the deputy Governor of the Murmansk region Gregory Stratiy take part in the educational program of the Agency for strategic initiatives to promote new projects.
The educational program "Management skills: improving the business environment in the region" is held by the Agency in cooperation with the Centre for exchange of best practices of public administration and formation of an investment climate in the Russian Federation, which was established on the basis of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
Within the frames of the program, the regional management teams will be told about the mechanisms of implementation of target models to simplify administrative procedures necessary for the running a business, and increase the investment attractiveness of the regions. The prospects for the implementation of these initiatives were announced by the Russian President Vladimir V. Putin during a meeting of the presidium of the Russian Federation State Council.
The governor of the Murmansk region
Today, the Governor Marina Kovtun held a meeting of the Council on improving the investment climate in the Murmansk Region. The Head of the region recalled that in the National Investment Climate Rating for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in 2016, the Murmansk Region rose by 20 points, improving its position to the 32nd place. For the third consecutive year, the region is included in the third group of regions, confirming the status of the region with favorable conditions for business development.
On June 23, 2017, in the Kolenergo Central electrical networks (2A Festivalnaya Street, the town of Apatity, the Murmansk Region), the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Murmansk Region (Regional Association of Employers) will meet with representatives of the business community of the municipal entities of the town of Apatity and the town of Kirovsk.
